Unity
International Law Office is a law office that is specialized in stealing money
to the foreigners in Thailand like Mr. Ronald Flynn. The Big Three on this scam are:
Superintendent Police Colonel Supachai
Phuykaeokam/Pui-gaew-kam
Mr. Ronald Flynn, the founder of Black Diamond and
Development Corporation, had recently attained
numerous oil lands in Sukhothai and was in the position of being the next major
oil player in Thailand. The trick of Superintendent Police Colonel SupachaiPhuykaeokam/Pui-gaew-kam was, he told Mr. Flynn that the Royal Thai Police had
their eye on him (even if he wasn't involved in any illegal activities) and so,
in order to be protected, Mr. Flynn had to buy a bar for the Supachai on
Walking Street for 20 Million Thai Baht. As a gratitude of goodwill on
Supachai's part, he said that he will make Mr. Flynn a small percentage owner
of the bar, on top of the protection he offered.
The meeting ended with Supachai handing Mr. Flynn his
signed business card. Before he leaves he gave the 10 cops a 5,000 Thai Baht
and 3,000 Thai Baht to a child who were at the station.
Sornchai Chiewcharn
Sornchai Chiewcharn is a Lawyer in Unity International
Law office. Mr. Ronald Flynn hired him for the processing of his work permit
and residence visa in Thailand. Sornchai Chiewcharn allegedly operated
under the instructions of Roland Moesch, he is working for Mr. Flynn, in
holding his (Mr. Flynn's) and his friend's passport. Mr. Flynn offered to
pay 20,000 Thai Baht for the release of his and his friend's passport that
Sorchai agreed.
Mr. Mo
Mr. Mo is working directly with Sornchai Chiewcharn and
Superintendent Police Colonel Supachai Phuykaeokam/Pui-gaew-kam of the Banglamung Police Station in
extorting 20 million baht from Mr. Ronald Flynn, in exchange for the protection
of Superintendent Police Colonel Supachai Phuykaeokam/Pui-gaew-kam.

Also, there is a news that there was a shooting
incident at a Law office, the police found a total of nine empty bullets on the
ground outside of the Unity International Law Office which was closed at the
time of shooting.
